While we do not offer refunds for cancellations, if the event is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the reseravtion date, we will offer the opportunity to reschedule your party for another available date, within SIX (6) months of the original party date, subject to availability. In the event there are any mechanical issues with the bus on the date of the event, the customer has the option of switching the event to an in-house event with a 20% discount (on the base event package booking fees) or canceling the event and receiving a full refund.
Every event package will automatically be charged gratuity at the time of checkout. Additional gratuity is optional and welcomed.
Credit (or debit) cards with accepted merchant type is required to book your event. To guarantee your event date, a 50% (non-refundable) deposit in card form is required. We do not accept cash or check.
Signing the liability waiver PRIOR to boarding the bus, you consent and authorize the use of your image and likeness in a photograph, video, and/or other digital media in any and all publications, including print or web-based publications.
All participants will be required to have a signed a liability waiver on file PRIOR to boarding the Sprinkle Me Baby baking events bus. Sprinkle Me Baby is fully licensed and insured.
Because your booked event package utilizes the entire allotted time slot, we offer “30 minutes of extra time” for an additional cost. Be sure to make this request at the time of booking to be added to your event package total.
Purchase your cake with us and the “30 minutes of extra time” will be FREE! Next Door Nabors Bakery will make your cake and deliver it on the day of your event.

We know there is always a reason to celebrate or just get together. We will customize your event to match your reason for celebration!
We always recommend, “the sooner the better”! Four weeks prior to your event date is normally a safe window, but not guaranteed. If your date is already taken, let us know and we will see if we can accommodate your desired event date.
Only severe weather warnings, dictated by the local news, can prevent the event from taking place.
Having been in Education for over 22 years, from children to adults, we’ve worked with people in a variety of different circumstances. We’ve been able to determine what works best in regards to skill level, average ability, and interest level.
Our space is very limited. Most of the time, up to three non-paying people are allowed on the bus to spectate or support their participant. The person that books the event is responsible for coordinating the drop off and pick up of all event participants.
We plan and prepare for your event based on the information provided during your booking confirmation call. At this time or no later than 48 hours prior to the event date an accurate headcount will be determined.
